1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bd101 ("bd101", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bd101 website, mobile interface, and all associated services available at https://bd101.vip (the "Platform").

By creating an account, making a deposit, participating in any game, or accessing any feature of the bd101 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. 2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

In addition to the minimum age requirement, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria to use the bd101 Platform:

bd101 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3. Account Registration & Verification

3.1 Registration Requirements

To use the full functionality of the bd101 Platform, you must create a registered player account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to promptly update this information if it changes at any time.

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the bd101 Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. bd101 actively monitors for duplicate accounts and will close any additional accounts discovered, along with forfeiture of any associated balances where abuse is detected.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

bd101 operates a mandatory KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process in accordance with its anti-money laundering and fraud prevention obligations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before deposits, withdrawals, or certain features are enabled on your account:

4.2 Deposit Processing

7. Prohibited Conduct

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Suspension by bd101

bd101 reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, underage gambling, technical abuse, or any other conduct detrimental to the integrity of the Platform. During a suspension, the player may be unable to deposit, withdraw, or access games.

8.2 Permanent Closure by bd101

Following investigation, bd101 may permanently close an account if a breach of these Terms is confirmed. In cases of confirmed fraud, money laundering, underage gambling, or serious abuse, bd101 reserves the right to forfeit the account balance in its entirety. In other cases where the account is closed without confirmed player wrongdoing, the account balance at the time of closure (excluding any bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the most recently verified payment method.

8.3 Voluntary Closure by the Player

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of bd101 to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
